Booking Loads

We like to be prepared for every conceivable load. Before we make the decision to book a load we make sure that the weight of the shipment falls within the legal requirements. We also make sure that we have the right equipment and enough hours, as per the ELD compliance, to legally pick up and deliver the load. Lastly, we make sure to familiarise ourselves with all the details regarding the load to ensure all requirements are being fulfilled

Carrier Packets and Rate Confirmation

Once we acquire a load that meets your requirements we strive to secure that load as soon as possible by engaging in rate confirmation with the broker. However, if you do not have an underlying agreement with the broker, we set up your carrier packet to make sure you are good to go.

Factoring Company Correspondence

We take care of your factoring partner so you have one less thing to worry about. As soon as you deliver the loads and send us the BOL (Bill of lading), we forward it to the factoring company along with the rate conversion. This usually results in the money being wired directly to your accounts within the span of 24 hours.

Route Optimization

Conserving your time and money. Our logistics support officer makes sure to optimise the best route for your driver to make sure you do not need to make any unnecessary stops across the way.

ADVANCE FLAT RATE WEEKLY POLICY

Our services fee is only $200 / week / truck.

All the listed services are provided within “a week” and in most cases you get services right after you signing up all requirements are and once your payment is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are not in any kind of contract. You can cancel the services anytime. There are no hidden fee or cancellation charges.

You will be charged for only the services that you have availed with us.

REFUND POLICY
